Musical Host Max Abrams

Max Abrams is a Nashville-based saxophonist who has recorded and performed with a variety of acts, including The Mavericks, Widespread Panic, Buddy Guy, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Gregg Allman, Chris Stapleton, Taj Mahal, Brandon Flowers, Little Big Town, 49 Winchester, Frankie Valli, Sir Cliff Richards, Raul Malo, All Star United, Brendan Benson, Dara Maclean, Big and Rich, Luke Byran, Lionel Richie, Ben Rector, Joe Lewis Walker, The Royal Southern Brotherhood, Jeff Cohen, Colbie Caillat, Dave Barnes, Chris Barnes, Altered Five Blues Band, James Slater, Randy Houser, Jake Owen, and Yo-Yo Ma. He has appeared on the Grammy Awards, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show, Conan, Late Night with Seth Meyers, PBS Great Performances, and the CMA, CMT, ACM, and AMA awards.

Max has produced 6 solo albums, including his most recent project, Samba Americana. Max’s playing can be heard on the TV shows Nashville, Grey's Anatomy, and True Detective, as well as a Victoria's Secret ad campaign and the MeTV theme song.
